Larimer Humane Society is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Client Services Representative (CSR). Our CSRs represent the Organization in a professional and courteous manner and provide quality service at the Shelter’s front desk. The job requires great customer service skills, both in person and over the phone, as well as a professional demeanor. Must be able to quickly learn and accurately use specialized software as well as learn and apply a wide range of policies and procedure. Work includes processing animal adoptions, animal returns to owners and animal surrenders as well as physical animal handling, data entry and other duties. The job includes both sedentary work when processing client information and physical work when handling animals. Must have emotional intelligence, work ethics and integrity skills. Requirements include one year of customer service experience. English and Spanish bilingual skills and experience, verbal and written, are a plus and include a wage premium. Work schedules vary and generally include at least one weekend day shift. Must be willing to work various schedules and be able to work overtime as needed.
