Jennifer Bolser, DVM, cVMA
Dr. Jennifer Bolser is Chief Clinic Veterinarian at the Humane Society of Boulder Valley, initially joining the organization in 2005 after an internship at Animal Medical Center in NYC. She is proud of the innovation of a shelter medicine internship and enjoys mentoring recent veterinary graduates.
Dr. Bolser seeks opportunities for new perspectives and has a passion for international veterinary efforts and education. She has performed thousands of surgeries in more than 20 unique locations globally. She was a medical director for Spayathon for Puerto Rico and is an active member, including executive board service, of the Association of Shelter Veterinarians. Her work has included shelter medicine, zoo/exotics and organizing large-scale spay/neuter clinics in remote areas.
Jennifer is a Colorado native and CU Boulder alumni. She, her spouse and her canine family have lived in Beijing China and Chicago. She enjoys surgery, ophthalmology and solving interesting diagnostic cases. She is certified in veterinary acupuncture.
