Leadership

This session will provide a case study of building a multichannel fundraising and marketing strategy alongside developing a team of professionals working together to advance development, communications, marketing, PR, and volunteer services efforts. In 2018, HSPPR developed a five-year plan to merge development and communications, growing revenue and mapping out budget needs to ensure these efforts had appropriate resources. This session will include a roadmap of that plan, campaign materials, and strategies to guide your board of directors in supporting a growth plan.
