Do you believe that volunteers can change the world?

At the Humane Society of the Pikes Peak Region (HSPPR), more than 800 dedicated volunteers donate their time, talents, and compassion to help animals and people throughout our community. Together, they contribute the equivalent of approximately 55 full-time employees, making an extraordinary impact on the lives of thousands of animals every year.

We’re looking for an energetic, people-focused Volunteer Services Manager to lead and grow our volunteer program in Colorado Springs. If you’re passionate about animal welfare, thrive on building relationships, love creating meaningful volunteer experiences, and enjoy leading a high-performing team, this may be the perfect opportunity for you.

As Volunteer Services Manager, you’ll help bring that mission to life every day by recruiting, training, engaging, and supporting the incredible volunteers who make our work possible. From animal care and foster programs to community outreach, fundraising events, humane education, and emergency response, you’ll help connect passionate people with meaningful opportunities that save lives.

Simply put: when our volunteers succeed, our animals succeed.
