The Operations Manager is responsible for leading our shelter staff and our team of volunteers.  Job functions include overseeing daily shelter operations, providing ongoing training, managing staff and volunteer scheduling, and supply inventory and ordering.  This role provides positive leadership and contribution to shelter departments including adoption and intake, medical, behavior, and volunteer while carrying out our shelter mission and best practices.  Animal welfare experience is desired and management experience is a must for this role.
