The Town of Castle Rock has an outstanding opportunity for an Animal Control Officer in our Police Department. This position is responsible professional and technical work investigating animal-related complaints and resolving issues as appropriate. This position issues summons and complaints and conducts follow-up activities to ensure compliance with municipal ordinances.  The Animal Control Officer apprehends and impounds animals that are running loose or those that are mistreated by their owners. They will perform duties in a manner consistent with the stated values of the organization.
