The Client Care Coordinator is a full-time, hourly, non-exempt position, and the salary range is $18.00 – $20.43 per hour.   The Coordinator reports to the Client Care Supervisor and ensures quality service to both people and animal clients.  Assists staff by training and coaching client care, problem-solving, and supporting the supervisor with client concerns.   The coordinator also supports our volunteer program by teaching and monitoring animal care and adoption protocols to volunteers.
