3Cw’s mission to to end puppy mills by educating the public and policymakers about mills and their connection to pet stores, the Internet and other sales venues.  3CW advocates for animal welfare issues, encourages pet adoption and supports ethical breeding practices.

3CW works tirelessly at events, rallies, schools, churches, and with state agencies on the issues of puppy mills and animal cruelty.  We support legislation improving animal welfare and have built good alliances with other individuals and organizations.
