With extensive experience in animal care and control, Jace brings a strong background in field operations, investigations, and leadership within one of the nation’s most progressive animal welfare organizations. His work focuses on advancing professional standards, strengthening community-based approaches, and supporting officers through training and development. Through his role with NACA, Jace contributes to national efforts to elevate the profession and promote best practices across animal services agencies.
