The City of Lafayette Police Department is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Animal Control Officer to join our team. Animal Control Officers respond to a variety of domesticated animal and wildlife-related calls in the City of Lafayette and often work with outside organizations to ensure the welfare of domestic and wild animals in Lafayette. Our Animal Control team members are compassionate, love animals, and passionate about educating the community on animal welfare.

The hiring range for this position is $47,602 to $59,503 annually.
The full salary range for this position is $47,602 to $71,403 annually.
