Are you passionate about animal welfare and looking for a leadership role where you can make a real impact?   We’re looking for an Animal Care Supervisor in Loveland, CO, to lead our dedicated team in providing top-notch care for animals of all kinds—dogs, cats, small mammals, exotic pets, and barnyard animals. In this hands-on, full-time role, you’ll supervise and train Animal Care Leads, Technicians, and Assistants, ensuring daily operations like feeding, cleaning, and disease control are executed with care and efficiency. You’ll also manage schedules, oversee volunteer teams, and help improve shelter procedures. Qualifications include at least one year of supervisory experience, one year of animal welfare or care experience, and the ability to work in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment. Must be at least 21 years old and euthanasia certified or able to obtain certification within three months. Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus and include a wage premium!  If you have supervisory experience, a love for animals, and a strong commitment to improving shelter operations, we want you on our team!

Expected hiring range is $18.75 to $19.00 per hour. Closes January 2nd, 2025, or when filled.
